In June 2010 the extension of the integrated residential and nursing home for old people (CIPA) was finished. 36 inhabitants have already moved in the new building.
In the architecture, a particular attention was paid to a warm and welcoming atmosphere: all the 72 rooms open to the surrounding nature, the common rooms and the corridors are illuminated with large windows to the inner courtyards. Warm coulours and large-sized pictures in the corridors are giving orientation and creating an personal and homelike impression in the private living wings.
An area accessible to the public makes the junction of the new and the old building and contains the new main entrance as well as restaurant and cafeteria. (...)
